Massage and Bodywork licenses and certifications expire on August 31 of even years (e.g., 2018, 2020).
15 Massage CE Hours can be obtained online,
12 Hours can be elective or core credits
Required 3 Hours in Ethics
24 Hours every 2 Years on August 31 of even numbered years.
9 Hours of the 24 must be taken in a hands-on or classroom setting.
A current CPR certification must be maintained.

Delaware Massage Board Requirements
According to the board, 24 hours of approved CE must be completed over a two-year renewal period. Three hours of these CE requirements must be in Ethics, which may be taken online or in a classroom. The continuing education courses shall be offered by providers approved by the board, such as the NCBTMB. Only 15 Massage Therapy continuing education requirements may be obtained online. Licenses must be renewed every other year before August 31st of even numbered years.
Renewal Process
Along with your Massage Therapy renewal application, the board requires a renewal fee which will be requested from you at the time of renewal. Licensees are required to provide proof of their Massage Therapy Continuing Education completion. Along with Massage CEUs, licensees must also provide proof of a current CPR certification.
